Specific warm-up: The specific warm-up is very simple. We divide the class into two groups and each group forms a line. We place the two lines facing each other and give the ball to the first of one of the two lines. The warm-up consists of the first person in one row passes the ball to the first person in the other line and the person who passes it, moves back to the end of their line. In this way, the people pass each other from row to row and everyone has the opportunity to touch the ball and become familiar.
